SEO Coordinator

Our continuously growing team is looking for an SEO Coordinator with a passion for online marketing and an eagerness to learn more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Assessments – Provide analysis of the website from an SEO best practices perspective which will include but is not limited to copy, site architecture, and keyword selection/utilization
  • Assist account executives with recommendations on keyword development and link strategies
  • Conduct web analysis using proprietary in-house technology on results of SEO work
  • Develop backlinks using various techniques
  • Create articles, press releases, and other relevant content (on-page and off-page) to help clients’ sites improve organic positioning
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting

Requirements:

  • Must have a passion for online marketing!
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Having an account with Facebook or Twitter is preferred

Project Accountant

Our continuously growing team is looking for a talented individual to join WebMetro as the Project Accountant. This position will report directly to the Director of Accounting.

The Project Accountant will be responsible to assist the accounting team in preparing and completing end of month client billing activities, as well as, reporting an analysis of client’s projects to determine profitability and trends. Position in located in our San Dimas office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of invoices for billable projects.
  • Effectively communicate with managers/directors any additional services related to billing.
  • Analyze and determine opportunities for maximization of client billing.
  • Time postings verification including compliance.
  • End of month reconciliation reports required for billing.
  • Media buy reconciliations.
  • Monitor Client Monthly Budgets to ensure expenditures stay within budget.
  • Report and document any changes to budget accordingly.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial analysis reports, including profitability.
  • Extensive use of MS Excel to create reports.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by the Accounting Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting).
  • 5 years professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in accounting.
  • Strong command of MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks.
  • Knowledge of the project structure in a client/consultant business environment.
  • Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
  • Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems to the Director of Accounting, as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and tactical marketing solutions for a variety of high-profile online companies.
  • Work intimately with clients to uncover business needs and clearly translate, and transfer agency insights to clients.
  • Design, develop and manage PPC campaigns.
  • Optimize new angles for increasing traffic and ROI.
  • Gather market intelligence and formulate strategies that encompass the competitive landscape, digital channels, and price points.
  • Forecasting traffic and cost for new accounts.

Requirements:

Group Director

Project Coordinator

Our continuously growing team is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and web savvy Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will support the project manager in the development of microsites, landing pages, emails, mobile, social and display banners. The Project Coordinator will help with collection of project requirements, project estimates, schedules, management of freelance resources, and status reporting etc. They will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with members from our media, paid search, and SEO group as well as our clients.

Position is located in our West LA office. This is a temporary assignment for approximately 4 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather information to help PM determine project budgets and timelines.
  • QA final work to insure directions were followed and project needs were completed.
  • Ability to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Assign projects to team members and freelance resources.
  • Coordinate and prioritize projects in queue.
  • Alert account managers and issue change orders if or when a project exceeds approved scope.
  • Report project progress to account managers.
  • Help to develop timelines & computer-generated flow charts and wireframes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Our continuously growing team is looking for a talented individual to join WebMetro as the Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

As our Software Quality Assurance Analyst you will participate in all aspects of the test process – defining the system test strategy, estimation, planning, development of automation, and execution of tests to ensure products are designed and built in accordance with company and customer quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain software acceptance test and test cases.
  • Create and maintain testing environments utilizing both physical and virtual machines.
  • Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Collaborate and work in conjunction with team members as needed to resolve problems.
  • Identify root cause of product defects.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of software QA experience with solid understanding of QA methodology
  • Experience in Object Oriented methodology, Experience in SOA
  • Sound knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS),SQL databases
  • Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as, strong understanding of developing for browser and various other devices is high desirable.
  • Effective communication and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of software development processes and software quality assurance procedures including testing methodologies.
  • 2 years of experience working with .Net, HTML, and CSS
  • Prior knowledge of Content Management Systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
