Director Web Strategist
Responsible for managing the team of web strategists and analysts. Develop online business strategies that will help client develop and propagate their business online. Utilizes the latest web technologies and services in the most effective fashion, and thus enables the business to achieve its full online potential. Search Engine Optimization Analyst (SEO)
The SEO Analyst will be responsible for working with the WebMetro client teams to achieve new sales (for their clients) by acquiring top organic rankings in Google, Yahoo and MSN.
Responsibilities:
- Site Assessments: Provide analysis of the website from a SEO best practices perspective which will include but is not limited to copy, site architecture, and keyword selection/utilization
- Assist account executives with recommendations on keyword development and link strategies
- Conduct web analysis using proprietary in-house technology (training will be provided) on results of the SEO work
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting
- Client Meetings (Weekly)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Computer Science Degree preferred
- Excellent writing and verbal skills, command of the English language
- Minimum of 2 years experience in search engine marketing with emphasis in natural search
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and the use of tracking and analytics
- Minimum level of html and programming required
- The Manager will be directing the work of several account executives and must be able to effectively multi-task

Business Development Consultant - Internet Opportunity
WebMetro is seeking a talented and organized individual with solid internet knowledge to integrate into our dynamic business development environment. You’ll be interfacing with the principals of WebMetro, helping to organize and manage the sales effort, research and prepare presentations and proposals and secure new business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Support Efforts
- Coordinate and assist with the development of sales presentations
- Preparation of proposals and coordination with team to close the sale
- Conduct, or assist with, research to support the sales effort
- Sales performance tracking, monitoring and reporting
- Direct Sales Efforts
- Under the direction of the Director of Business Development, target specific accounts for prospecting and ultimately closing.
- Provide information and assist prospective clients on the selection of services.
- Maintaining, supporting and up-selling existing relationships.
- Assist with design and execution of direct mail system
- Attend trade shows and industry events.
- Sales Management Efforts
- Tactical management / execution of WebMetro’s sales system
- Process, document, administer incoming sales leads
- Manage lead flow and follow up
- Prepare sales reports and manage sales data
- Manage internal communication process
Job Qualifications:
- BS degree in marketing or Business administration or equivalent sales training
- 3 –5 years experience in the consultative sales side of business.
- 3-5 years of experience in Internet related business or Internet.
- Strong writing skills.
- Strong organization skills
Salary:
Compensation includes base pay plus commission with the potential of 6 figures. Company provides a choice of HMO or PPO health insurance plans, 401K plan, and more.

- Developing weekly and monthly client reports
