However, the Hispanic population according to a new report by the online unit of AOL Time Warner shows that the Hispanic population are spending more time online than the general population.

Security for the Hispanic web buyers is an issue in their willingness to purchase via the web. The fact that the security policy is predominately in English is hindering their purchases and their online conversions. According to the report not only should the retail sites make the security information easy to find, it should also be bilingual to help relieve security issues.
