Internet companies are increasingly turning to that most ubiquitous medium, the television, to spend their advertising dollars.
Internet companies spent USD400 million on television
Last year Internet companies spent USD323 million on TV ads.
While the average price of launching a TV adcampaign is expensive, USD50 million per annum,TV networks are being creative with pricing models. For example, CBS are offering ad space for company equity and now have shares in 13 online companies.
